This page describes the website’s current features. Holiday drafts and saved packages stay in your browser. Cab accounts and ride records use our separate service hosted on Hostinger.

Google sign-in

Google verifies your identity. We receive a basic profile including your account identifier, name and verified email. Customer cab sessions use a signed token stored in this browser. Owner dashboard access uses a secure server session and a cookie. Signing in does not automatically synchronise your locally saved holiday draft.

Holiday drafts

Your selected journeys, dates and trip preferences are saved in local browser storage. A draft is not a confirmed booking or payment. Use Clear my draft on the My trips page to remove the local draft. Downloaded copies are separate files you control. Avoid using a shared browser for private trip information.

Cab requests and driver information

When you submit a cab request, the service processes the account, pickup, destination, selected vehicle, fare and trip status needed to arrange it. A driver’s access depends on the booking assignment and trip state. Owner-managed driver contacts and assignments are stored outside the public website directory. The driver portal is separate from the customer site.

Maps, search and device location

Using Current Location is optional and requires browser permission. The position is used to help choose a pickup. Place suggestions use Photon’s OpenStreetMap search service, which receives the text entered for pickup or destination. It is not sent your account name or phone number with that search. Road-route previews can use OSRM’s public routing service, which receives the selected route coordinates. These pilot route estimates do not include live traffic.

Google map views receive requests for the map area you view and are covered by Google’s privacy policy. If Google location services are activated for search or routing, those requests can include entered place text or route coordinates. Optional OpenStreetMap tile requests reveal the area of the map being viewed. Browser-based driver location requires appropriate device permissions; continuous background tracking is not guaranteed.

Hosting and controls

Hostinger processes routine hosting requests. This update does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics. The website does not currently collect card payments or send SMS login codes. Use Sign out on a shared device, and clear local drafts if you no longer want them kept in that browser.
