Before you travel
What does a Kashmir Hosted package cover?+
Your confirmed quote sets out the stays, meal plan, private main vehicle, sightseeing route and agreed airport or railway transfers. We list activities and local transport separately so you know exactly what is included.
Can you pick us up from a railway station?+
Yes, railway arrival can be part of your requested package. Tell us the exact station and arrival time. Srinagar, Jammu and Katra require different routes and transfer arrangements, so the final quote must name your pickup and drop points.
Are gondola tickets and snow bikes included?+
They are not automatically included. Gondola tickets, snow bikes, ponies, local union taxis and winter chain vehicles must be explicitly confirmed in your quote. Activities also depend on availability, access and conditions.
Can we choose our hotels and meals?+
Tell us your preferred comfort level, room arrangement and dietary needs. We propose a stay plan and meal inclusions for your dates, then confirm the actual property and room category before booking.
How much will our trip cost?+
The total depends on your dates, party size, children’s ages, rooms, arrival point and extras. The website shows seasonal package estimates; availability is checked for your dates. Your final quote should show the full payable amount and its validity.
How does booking work?+
Plan your trip, review a personalised quote, and check the written inclusions and cancellation terms. Booking is confirmed only after the agreed payment and supplier availability checks. Your saved holiday plan is a draft. Final arrangements and payment must be agreed separately before travel.
